KINDERGARTEN INFORMATION MEETING
Please plan to attend this important informational meeting on Wednesday, April 30th at 2:15pm in the AES Aux Gym. This meeting is for incoming 2014 / 2015 kindergarten students.
Dear AES Parents,
We are excited to announce Aspen Elementary School will be a World Language school in the fall of 2014. Research has shown that young children learn languages more easily and more quickly than older students and that proficiency in a language and the culture in which it is spoken can best be achieved when second language study begins as early as possible.
  • Students in kindergarten and first grade will be exposed to both Spanish and French
  • Students in second grade will select the language of their choice after completing first grade.
  • Students in second, third and fourth grade will take the language of their choice.

We will be having Parent information meetings so you can be informed and have your questions answered. Be sure to attend one of the following informational meetings below so you can support your child in choosing Spanish or French as a World Language.

Thursday, May 8th 8:15am AES Auxiliary Gym

Tuesday, May 13th 5:00pm AES Auxiliary Gym
