School Announcements
Beginning August 1st we will open our online registration process.  Incoming kindergarten and new student parents will receive an email August 1st of how to access the system and pre-register.  Parents of 1st - 4th grades will receive their email on August 4th.  You will need to complete this online registration before you come to AES and turn in paperwork and pay fees and receive teacher information.

August 12th - Incoming kindergarten and new students
August 13th - 14th - 1st - 4th grades

Please bring the following documents with you to complete registration
Copy of your child's birth certificate
Copy of your child's complete immunization records
Proof of residency - 2 documents
1. Mortgage Statement or Notarized Lease Agreement (Lease agreements must be through the entire school year.)
2. Utility Bill
The above proof must be current and contain the physical address in the name of the parent(s) or legal guardian(s). Both pieces of documentation can be requested by ASD at any time to verify residency.
1st - 4th Grades will only have to bring in Proof of residency - 2 documents

Kindergarten - $85.00
1st Grade - $80.00
2nd Grade - $80.00
3rd Grade - $80.00
4th Grade - $80.00
School fees are for classroom supplies for the year.  Parents will also receive information about kindergarten tuition and paperwork will be available if there is a need for tuition or lunch assistance.  You must complete the paperwork and supply income information and documents in order to qualify.

Once teacher information has been given, the teacher will contact parents on a time to come in on either August 25th or 26th for assessments.  SCHOOL STARTS August 27th.

Parents of incoming Kindergarten students or new student to AES in grades 1st - 4th must complete this form to begin the process of registering your child and ensuring they are placed in a class.  You will receive an email from AES in July with information about completing the registration process.  Make sure to enter your email address to ensure you will receive all notifications.  Click here for Intent to Enroll Form
We no longer are placing community activity ‘flyers’ in our school newsletters. Instead, we are providing links to those community Web sites and/or flyers on our District Web site. Please go to the COMMUNITY tab at the top of any school's home page and scroll down to the STUDENT ACTIVITIES / COMMUNITY RESOURCES link to view the different community resources available. This link is also located in the left column of the District home page.
