PAY BY CREDIT CARD ONLINE. You may enter our online payment link to the left and use a credit card or check to pay for kindergarten tuition, classroom supply fee, outdoor education, choir. The lunch link is still seperate as you need to create an account using your student's student number. If you have any questions, please contact Karen Price at 429-3634.
AES CLASSROOM SCHOOL SUPPLY INFORMATION
Starting 2011 / 2012 school year there will be no supply lists per grade level. AES will order supplies in bulk for best pricing per grade level. We are asking parents to pay a $75.00 fee for the year, per child. This will cover all supply needs other than water bottle, shoes for PE and any other special items the teacher may ask for after school has started.
Other fees that will be collected after beginning of school year will be music recorder money if your child is in 3rd grade. 3rd & 4th grades will be participating in outdoor education trips which will also require a fee.

BUS INFORMATION
If your child is riding another bus after school, a note is needed each time for the bus driver. There are many substitute drivers and a note each time will help these drivers. Office must sign, make a copy and original is given to the bus driver.
Kindergarten and first grade students need a note from parents stating it is okay for student to get off bus without a parent being at the stop. Please bring note to AES front office to have copy made for our records and original is given to the bus driver.
Please make clear plans with your child regarding early release Wednesday's. There have been many students unclear on what to do.

ATTENTION KINDERGARTEN PARENTS
AES is asking that a parent be at the bus stop to greet your child as they come off the bus. Please do not sit in your car. All kindergarten students should have a red luggage tag that can be attached to your child's backpack and used to identify what your child is doing after school.
